RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. Items bought for Christmas have a 21 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Love Stories Intimates has an easy return procedure.
- Place the items in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box
- Fill out the returns form included in your order and include it in the box
- Close the box and tape it securely
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags still attached

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.
We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return-shipping costs. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
Please note, you may only use your right to cancel the order if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you receive you order.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. If you are interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and your order will be refunded. After that simply purchase the new piece at Love Stories Intimates. Sale items can be exchanged for different sizes or can be returned and will be refunded.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If the complete order is returned we will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs.
